This is the class registration form for the March, 2020 SOC-class in London, UK.

After registration, an invoice will be sent, which you may pay via credit card or any payment method Paypal accepts. If other payment arrangements need to be made, please contact Chris Crowley via e-mail. Paper check and wire transfer are also available.

Electronic materials will be provided to each attendee. PDFs as well as raw recording (screen and audio of presenter) of the session will be provided.

Payment must be received in advance of beginning of class to attend class.

Special Early Bird Payment before December 28, 2019: $2,500.
Payment before February 1st, 2020: $3,000.
After February 1st, 2020: $3,500.

Payment refundable if class is cancelled due to inadequate enrollment. Otherwise, payment is non-refundable. Enrollment can be transferred to someone else after payment is complete, or enrollment in a later class is feasible.
